🔁 Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our business (dropshipping trending and daily-use items from global suppliers), we currently do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is:

  • Defective

  • Damaged during shipping

  • Incorrect due to our error

If you believe your item meets these conditions, please contact us at fusoon.shopify@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include:

  • A clear photo of the issue

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the problem


Refund Eligibility

We will issue a refund or resend a new item if:

  • Your item arrived damaged or faulty

  • You received the wrong product

  • Your order was lost in transit (after verifying with tracking)


Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds or replacements if:

  • You change your mind after ordering

  • An item does not arrive due to incorrect shipping details provided

  • A package is delayed but still in transit

  • There is minor variance in color/design due to screen differences


💵 When Will I Receive My Refund?

  • Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

  • You will be notified via email when your refund has been issued


📦 No Need to Ship It Back

In most cases, we won’t require you to return the item due to international shipping costs. If a return is necessary, we’ll provide specific instructions.
