Due to the nature of our business (dropshipping trending and daily-use items from global suppliers), we currently do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is:
Defective
Damaged during shipping
Incorrect due to our error
If you believe your item meets these conditions, please contact us at fusoon.shopify@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include:
A clear photo of the issue
Your order number
A brief description of the problem
We will issue a refund or resend a new item if:
Your item arrived damaged or faulty
You received the wrong product
Your order was lost in transit (after verifying with tracking)
We do not offer refunds or replacements if:
You change your mind after ordering
An item does not arrive due to incorrect shipping details provided
A package is delayed but still in transit
There is minor variance in color/design due to screen differences
Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
You will be notified via email when your refund has been issued
In most cases, we won’t require you to return the item due to international shipping costs. If a return is necessary, we’ll provide specific instructions.
